Compassionate Nation provides free Yoga classes and other meditative practices. We recommend speaking to your healthcare provider before undertaking any of our classes. We will not be held responsible for any injuries you may sustain while taking any of our classes. Although research has shown Yoga and other meditative practices to have positive  effects on the mind and body, we at Compassionate Nation do not claim any curative properties in the classes we provide and we recommend that you see a licensed healthcare provider if you are experiencing any signs of illness or injury. All that being said, we welcome you to enjoy our classes freely and ask that you remember to be gentle with yourself. Thank you.
